A dark pace

Where there is hatred, let us sow love; where there is injury, pardon; where there is discord, union; where there is doubt, faith; where there is despair, hope; where there is darkness , light ; where there is sadness, joy. Darkness is beautiful as it provides a respite from the anxiety of light. That’s exactly how it feels, a constant feeling of being stuck in a dark lonely alley. But that fierce girl inside you who had no idea about the man-made societal norms will still lookout for that light or a ray of hope at the end of this darkness.  Coz all she has is hope and faith.  All a girl will ever need is love!  Coz everything else she can achieve all by herself, as she is powerful and whole.  There is no limit to her patience, selflessness, and yet another hope for a better and a loving world.  Care to ask sometimes, what we want, what we desire, how we feel.. Yet don’t worry, coz she won’t stop getting back up better and stronger, doesn’t matter how hard...

Most of the people in South especially in Kerala would heard about Chatham Sava or Kuutichathan Seva. According to my  knowledge and understanding, Chathan is actually a negative spirit of lord shiva. Legends say, Lord shiva was decived into a relationship wid a tribal women which resulted in birth of a son who had negative powers of Lord Shiva due to illegitimate birth. Kuutichathan is a workship god in Kerala. Most of the vishnumaya temple in Kerala would have the idol to workship and also do some poojas. Actually ...

Even though my  Neighbors  cat can't speak aloud, she is constantly trying to find ways to communicate with me. Whether her  cat is "meowing" because she's hungry, or pawing at my legs because she wants attention, she finds ways to let me know exactly what she is thinking. While I can't read her mind, I know that she is also constantly finding new ways to tell me she loves me. And just as there are specific behaviours through which a dog communicates love, there are specific, unique ways that our cats are saying "I love you." This exclusive list of behaviours delves into the incredible ways that our cats attempt to communicate their love for us.   And while I knew a few of these already, most of them were quite surprising. In fact, I was shocked by just how often her cat has been trying to show me how much she loves behaviours    Some signs which I have experienced.  Which of these signs has your cat been displaying to let you know that they love you a...

Twinkle Twinkle Little Star

Ann’s sister Jane Taylor (1783-1824) is best-remembered for having written the words to the   children’s rhyme ‘Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star’ , but this poem, written by Ann, is also well-known and has been much imitated and parodied.  It begins: Who sat and watched my infant head When sleeping on my cradle bed, And tears of sweet affection shed? My Mother, When pain and sickened  Who gazed upon my heavy eye, And wept for fear that I should die? My Mother, The poem takes the form of a question-and-answer back-and-forth where the answer is always ‘my mother’. ‘My Mother’ is easy to parody and ridicule as a sentimental encomium to all mothers, but the poem, especially its second stanza, is a reminder that infant mortality was a very real danger in Taylor’s time, with many children not surviving past their first couple of years of life. Being a mother is never an easy business, but mothers in Ann’s time lived with the very real threat that the child they had so lovi...
